Thoughtful, depth-oriented therapy for teens and adults navigating anxiety, transitions, and complex inner worlds

Individual Therapy

This work helps clients move through anxiety, identity confusion, burnout, and emotional overwhelm — not by rushing or fixing, but by understanding what’s happening beneath the surface and responding with intention.

Clients often walk away feeling heard, steadier, and more grounded in themselves. Over time, they gain clarity about what’s driving their anxiety or distress, learn how to step out of overthinking, and feel more capable of navigating relationships and decisions with confidence.

What You Can Expect From Therapy

The foundation of this work is a grounded, respectful relationship. You will have space to speak freely, reflect honestly, and examine your life without judgment or urgency.

A Steady Therapeutic Relationship

02

This is insight-oriented work combined with practical tools for daily life. Over time, clients gain greater clarity about patterns and emotions, reduced anxiety and self-criticism, and stronger emotional regulation and self-trust.

Insight + Practical Tools

03

Therapy is tailored; there is no one-size-fits-all structure. For teen clients, parent consultation is available as needed while respecting confidentiality. The work adapts to your goals and stage of life.

Tailored Support

04

Weekly or biweekly sessions create a reliable structure for meaningful work. We move at a pace that allows for depth without overwhelm, with ongoing collaboration around goals, focus, and direction.

Consistent, Intentional Sessions

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a 'Good Faith Estimate' explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes, I am currently welcoming new clients into my practice. I recommend starting with a free 15-minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit for your goals.

Where is your office located?

I provide all services via telehealth. This allows you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space anywhere within the state of Oregon.

What are your hours?

My practice is intentionally structured to support the schedules of busy professionals and active families. A limited number of late-afternoon, early-evening, and weekend morning appointments are available. Please contact me or view my calendar to learn more about current openings.

What are your session rates?

My standard rate for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $250.

Do you take my insurance?

I am a private pay provider and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, I can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider to ask about their "out-of-network mental health benefits."

Common FAQs

What is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes. As an LPC in Oregon, your privacy is protected by law and HIPAA regulations. Everything we discuss is confidential, with a few legal exceptions involving safety (such as intent to harm yourself or others, or the abuse of a child or elder), which we will discuss in detail during our first session.

Therapy is private—and so is the work we do together. But over time, many clients have shared how meaningful it’s been to feel safe, seen, and supported in ways they didn’t expect.

"I felt both challenged and deeply supported."

"She asks questions that stay with you long after the session ends.”

“I didn’t feel analyzed or judged. I felt understood in a way that helped me become more honest with myself.”

Ready when you are

If you’d like to explore working together, I offer a brief consultation call. It’s a simple way to ask questions and get a sense of fit.
